1. Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1 - 3 business days unless otherwise stated.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods & Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
We currently ship to domestically, within the US. We DO NOT ship internationally at this time.

3. Delivery Times

Standard service is 3 - 7 business days.

Delays caused by postal carriers or customs are beyond our control.

4. Tracking

All orders include tracking information once shipped.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after dispatch.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact the carrier to file a claim and notify us so we can assist.
